WHERE SHOULD I START
With our simple subscription model, you’ll be drinking amazing coffee just the way you like it in no time. If you know what flavor profile you like, you can start your subscription now. If you’re not sure, the best place to start is by trying our 4×4 Coffee Sampler.
DO YOU OFFER COFFEE THAT’S SHIPPED PRE-GROUND
We recommend grinding your coffee at home for the freshest cup of coffee, but we are happy to pre-grind your coffee at no additional charge. We offer three different grind options: Coarse (French Press, cold brew), Medium (drip coffee makers, pour-over, AeroPress), and Fine (espresso machines, turkish coffee, Moka Pot). When you’re ready to start grinding coffee at home, just update your subscription and we’ll begin sending you whole-bean coffee.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST
Shipping is absolutely free with every Pony Brand Coffee delivery!
HOW DO YOU SHIP PONY BRAND COFFEE
We ship all of our 4×4 Coffee Samplers and PBC Subscriptions using USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. We bag and ship coffee every Tuesday to ensure you’re drinking the freshest coffee.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
Currently we only ship within the USA. In the future we hope to expand, bringing you tasty coffee no matter what country you call home.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED
When you order a 4×4 Coffee Sampler, you’re charged right at purchase. After you’ve selected one of our tasty flavor categories and you begin a Pony Brand Subscription, you’re charged at the start of your subscription, and then charged every month or every two weeks, pending how often you’ve set your deliveries.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXPERIENCE A NEW FLAVOR CATEGORY IN MY NEXT DELIVERY
Whether you like one of our flavor categories, or want to experience a new one, you can update your subscription at any time to change which flavor category you receive in your next Pony Brand Coffee delivery.
CAN I CHANGE HOW MUCH COFFEE I RECEIVE
If you have family coming to visit, or want to give a tasty gift to someone special, rest easy knowing more coffee will be in your next Pony Brand delivery! At anytime you can update your subscription to receive more or less coffee with every delivery. We offer 1 pound or 2 pound options with each delivery.
CAN I CHANGE HOW OFTEN I RECEIVE PONY BRAND COFFEE DELIVERIES
Absolutely! We currently offer subscriptions that deliver tasty coffee to you every two weeks, or once a month.
CAN I PAUSE MY PONY BRAND SUBSCRIPTION
Whether you’re on vacation in Fiji, Ice Fishing in Greenland, or adding more stamps to your passport, you can pause your Pony Brand Coffee subscription at anytime. When you’re back home and have finished unpacking, just let us know and we’ll resume your deliveries!
